We understand fully the risks involved in plant downtime and can establish service level agreements to ensure risk is minimized. If expected workloads are sufficient in volume, a dedicated contract supervisor will be appointed.

Fallon Solutions have provided labour hire services for shutdowns and labour top up to meet ongoing requirements.

Fallon Solutions are happy to work with companies outsourcing their total trade requirements. Service level agreements would be established and then delivery would be judged against key performance indicators on the preventive maintenance requirements. Projects and reactive maintenance can be charged at cost plus or schedule of rates. These contracts can be fixed price, schedule of rate or management fee and budget with incentive/penalty arrangements.
