On the day we attend your home our office staff will call just prior to dispatching our staff to confirm their arrival time.
Our trades staff will be easily identifiable in Fallon Solutions uniforms. Our trade technician will confirm your requirements and then attend to the job. Upon completing the task our technician will complete a routine safety check to make sure that our work complies with Australian Standards. Our staff will clean up and take away our rubbish, one less thing for you to worry about. You will then be provided with an invoice detailing in full the tasks we completed.
To help ensure the quality of our services we carry out random audits on our staff and we complete regular customer satisfaction surveys to ensure that our high standards are maintained.
